After re-posting a link to Dr. Robert Bussard’s lecture at Google last fall, I received a blog-comment asking where in our forums Dr. Bussard’s recent papers on the subject might be found. I am posting the link above in answer to this post. There are actually a couple of threads discussing Dr. Bussard’s work in the forums. Just enter his name in the "Google Site Search" box to the right, and the resulting page will lead you to all the entries here about Dr. Bussard.
So…what did you think? I’m finding it curious that there’s not much discussion as to what the implications are from both the techincal and cultural (DOE big science culture) perspective. I also kinda think that if Bussard is right then there must be some real money behind it, which could explain some of the silence…
I think ‘big oil’ is deathly afraid of Bussrd’s work. They have control (via their $$) of so many science purse-strings that no-one in big science dare promote Bussard’s work. It is therefore left to the rest of us do promote and even raise funds to make Bussard’s Fusor designs/experiements a reality.
